Night Auditor
Position Summary
The Night Auditor offers guest administrative support across the resort. He/she welcomes guests, greets people who visit the resort. Coordinates front-desk activities, including correspondence distribution, redirection phone calls, and represents the resort during night shift.
Scope
Supports the smooth running of the front office department, where all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level
Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution
Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
Delivers on departmental plans and objectives, to meet hotel targets
Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company’s culture and values
Requirements
Three or more years’ working experience in a similar role in the luxury hospitality sector (5* Hotels)
Degree / Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language
Knowledge of French, German, Russian, or Italian language will be considered as a plus
